Strictly no parties! The space The space is located behind a large cottage. It is in a beautiful quiet garden. We are located in the affluent area of West Derby Village and surrounded by many beautiful bars and restaurants. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away and this takes you directly to the city centre. The village is vibrant and very busy of a weekend. Guest access Guests have full access to the annex (not the house) and have their own private entrance at the rear of the property.
