The Cosy Annex

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Cozy Annex is situated behind a large period property, accessible through an old courtyard. The place is spacious for two people, cozy and offers a unique place to stay, which is approximately 10 minutes from Liverpool city centre. The place comes with cereal, tea, coffee and other light refreshments. Clean towels are provided for your stay. Free parking on the road is available. Comes with its own private entrance. Strictly no parties! The space The space is located behind a large cottage. It is in a beautiful quiet garden. We are located in the affluent area of West Derby Village and surrounded by many beautiful bars and restaurants. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away and this takes you directly to the city centre. The village is vibrant and very busy of a weekend. Guest access Guests have full access to the annex (not the house) and have their own private entrance at the rear of the property.
