Papamoa Beach House

Typical kiwi beach house located within a 2 minute direct access walk to a gorgeous beach. The perfect spot for a safe & relaxing getaway with no need of crossing any road for beach access & a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants & supermarket. Sheltered from on shore winds, it provides a great out door entertainment area compete with new BBQ, out door furniture & a hot out door shower. Comfortably sleeps 6 but priced to allow couples & smaller groups to enjoy a fabulous getaway. The space This is an older home with timber frame windows. It is spread over 3 floors and sits on a sloped section. The stairs can be difficult for some and can be a concern for infants. Some spaces are a little tighter than a more modern home, however it is beautifully presented and we aim to have it as clean, tidy and comfortable as possible for our guests. Other things to note The additional guest fee of $60 applies to infants as well.
