My place is close to The Denver Tech Center, Centennial & Major Highways. You’ll love this single occupancy studio. It is in a great location with ez access to everything! Located in DTC (Denver Tech Center) the fwy. & light rail are close by. There are no burners for cooking. Like a large hotel room, this studio has a king bed, HD cable/ TV, wifi, desk, a/c & heat, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, pressed linens & soft towels. So clean and cozy!. Great for business/solo traveler! The space This is a studio. Much like a hotel room, it does not have a kitchenette. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee pot and small refrigerator. Dishes, plates, cups and glasses. Perfect for simple meal preparation Guest access The studio is all yours, with entry door and full bathroom. There is a laundry room on the 1st floor of the building for your use. Other things to note We are not 4/20 friendly. If you are a smoker you must leave the building completely to smoke.
