The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a front loading washing machine. It is centrally located and close to local supermarket, Woden shopping mall, Public & Private Hospitals and the diplomatic suburb of O'Malley. Off street parking is provided. The space It is a free standing home on a quiet leafy street with a garden and good views of Mount Taylor and the Brindabella range from the back of the house. There are 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other two bedrooms have a double bed in each room. The house has a separate lounge and a separate dining area next to the kitchen. It has a patio at the front and a balcony at the back of the house .The back garden and outdoor washing line to hang clothing is accessible via several concrete steps . Guest access Guests will have the whole house to themselves including 2 car off street parking, a private entrance and no shared spaces . There is an adjacent self contained unit which is separated by a fence and has a separate driveway. There is one step up to the front of the house which has a covered patio. Other things to note Please make sure you check House Rules for details. 1. To minimise cleaning cost and in the interest of hygiene, please do not wear shoes in the house. 2. No crayons or paints in the house with small children to avoid permanent stains and extra cleaning cost which will be passed on to guests. 3. For safety reasons, the fire place is not to be used 4. If the house if left in dirty and messy condition, an additional cleaning fee of $300 will be charged (such as dirty oven, spillage of drinks, food spillage, dirty toilet etc) 5. Any damages to furniture and equipment will be charged at replacement costs. 6. Loss key at $30 each will be charged to guest.
