Once unlocked you will climb a fairly steep metal staircase onto the terrace. Over this to the property’s access door, down a step into the kitchen with breakfast bar. Turn right out of the kitchen for the bathroom with a lovely shower and clean towels above the washing machine. Turn left out of the kitchen into a large living room with pullout double sofa bed, duvet and pillows conveniently located. Upstairs on the landing space are clean sheets and the large bedroom with double bed and lounger chair. Both bedroom and living room have views of the i360 less than 200 metres away. Many restaurants, pubs, cafes and coffee shops proliferate around the property and both the seafront esplanade and main shopping streets are just 100 metres away. Parking is available to pay for at an NCP car park in Regency Square about 300 metres distance. As explained this is not a perfect property and will be having renovations after the summer. It is also my home when I’m not away working so has one room closed off to guests, personal effects such as coats hanging up and food in the kitchen cupboards and fridge freezer. It is quite dated so will not be to everyone’s taste. It is however spacious, clean, conveniently located and decent value. Please treat it as your home from home and have a very enjoyable stay in Brighton. Guest access All areas of the property except those with signs.
