You can see the lake from both Master Suites, Kitchen & Den. Lots of covered & uncovered decks. Year round water for fishing, kayaking, swimming & relaxing Our house has been on HGTV - We are minutes from a grocery store, hardware store, and great local restaurants are close by. Close to Arley, Jasper and an hour from Birmingham. You can enjoy year round water activities of all kinds in addition to wonderful views and wildlife. Million Dollar view yet tucked in, so if you bring your family and friends - plenty of room for safe swimming fun. Just a few steps from the back door is the lake - there is a swim platform and place to tie up your boat on the side of dock - Two kayaks with life jackets available if you would like to fish from or just paddle around - this is available at no charge. You will have the entire house We are available if you need us but will not be present during your stay unless we have to do maintenance. This is a family home in a family neighborhood. The home is strickly non-smoking. You can smoke outside on the porch. We expect guest to be respectful of our neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 pm. We have a great neighborhood to walk in. We are minutes from local restaurants and grocery stores. About 20 minutes to Jasper and 60 minutes to Birmingham. Close to Bankhead National Forrest with lots of walking trails and Sipsey Wilderness. We have key code for you to get in and out of the house.
