It’s in a very nice street where Honoré de Balzac, Delacroix, Voltaire, André Gide and more lived or worked. It is charming and quiet. The space My apartment is located in a very beautiful building from the 17th century (1625). It's situated in Saint Germain des Prés, in one of the cutest street of Paris, right near Odéon, the Luxembourg Gardens and la Seine. You will find a lot of shops, restaurants, famous cafés terrace and museums in the neighborhood. Although the street itself is very quiet so you won't be disturbed at night. Located on the second floor, the flat is composed as follows : a cosy bedroom, a living room with a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilets. The apartment has high speed wifi internet (fibre optics), a good sound-system, a large flat screen tv with lots of channels, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating.
