Comfortably can fit 30 guests. Spacious living room area with double volume ceiling (high ceiling) for indoor activity. Guest access Outside sliding door gate (near the main road). No need to register with guard and no need to worry about parking limitation as guest will park their car outside the compound. Other things to note Strictly no alcohol and no pets allowed (to respect the owner🙏) No party and loud sound after 12am to respect the residential surrounding
