It's ideal for mature professionals who need to feel safe and "at home" while traveling. Positive energy and a laid-back atmosphere is what you will find. This home is very well kept, very quiet and offers a great design for privacy. Direct garage entry for additional safety. The space With just over 1,300 sq. ft., of living space, you will enjoy a private bedroom with darkening curtains and a stocked, spacious, private bathroom. From luxury linens, spa shower heads and granite counter tops, you will feel welcomed and pampered. For more privacy, each bed and bath are located on the opposite end of the home. A functional and comfortable living area separates the bedrooms. This floorplan offers a secluded patio just off the living space. Shaded throughout the day and lit at night, this private nook is great for grilling and dining, reading/drawing and even meditating. It faces a quiet greenspace and a dense tree line. Guest access Located in the SE suburbs, you'll have access to typical ride-share services, if needed. There is limited public transportation. For safety and convenience, a two car garage allows direct entry into the home. During your stay Hosting and getting to know my guest is why I choose to do Airbnb. Hearing how life unfolds for others is inspiring to me. I am also available to give suggestions about the city and surrounding areas. I am originally from NC. I have lived in INDY for over 20 years. Other things to note Each guest has the full use of the home. That includes the entire kitchen, towels, sheets and comforter(s). Please refrain from bringing those items with you. That's the awesomeness of Airbnb. It allows professionals to have access to all of the "at home" conveniences without having to pack them. New pillows are provided for every extended stay guest. To ensure safety, yours and mine, guests are not allowed. Visiting spouses are an exception. Any entertaining (of my personal friends or neighbors) will be shared in advanced. This house is usually quiet by 10pm. Ear buds are recommended after that time. Three minutes from the interstate. Marc Adams School is 8 mins. away, 15 minutes to downtown. 10 minutes to the mall. Multiple fitness centers, parks, restaurants and big box retailers are close by. Barring crashes and some construction, it's possible to get the opposite side of INDY in 20-25 minutes.
