New opening: Gregorio st peter

The apartment is situated in the Gregorio VII area of Rome and can have a maximum of 4 guests due to the sofa bed in the living room and the double bedroom. Easily accessible by car or by public transport. It is composed of a bathroom with a very large shower, a luminous living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious double bedroom. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed for our guests to have a great stay in Rome. Public transport line at 100mt away for sight seeing. The space For babies/infants we can organise to provide a baby cot requested by the guests prior arrival at an extra cost of 20€ per night! SOFA BED ( 2 nd bed ) We inform our guests that the sofa bed will be prepared only from the 3 rd guest onwards! Up to 2 guests the 2 nd bed ( sofa bed ) will NOT be prepared for your stay unless specified at least 24 hours prior check-in and paid an extra 20€ fee for the extra laundry. This money goes to the laundry company and not me. Just to be specific. We remind our guests that daily cleaning and change of towels is not included. We provide them for your arrival. Therefore we do not accept negative reviews for not providing extras towels. Each guest will be provided with 2 towels, 1 big towel and one small towel. Linens and beddings are obviously provided. If guests want extras they can be arranged and they have an extra cost of 10€ per person. This money doesn’t go to us but to the cleaning department just to be specific.
