Villa 105B is a wonderful and secluded retreat on the southwest coast of the country, near Bentota Beach in Western Province. The luxurious, 1 hectare of land is surrounded by a large tropical garden of lawn and coconut trees, frangipani trees, and a variety of plants and shrubs – amid the original jungle and rice fields. Our exceptional private villa offers every luxurious comfort. The five interconnected buildings are decorated in the classical style of the famous local architect Geoffrey Bawa. You will host 4 guest rooms, each with en-suite bathroom, dining pavilion, recreational pavilion, and cabin with palm roof for yoga or meditation, as well as the refreshing comfort of a 1.5 meter deep and 90 square meter pool. The villa is the perfect place for an extended vacation with family or just two. With a total of four guest rooms with king-size beds, the villa can accommodate up to eight guests if you're traveling with friends. The “Elephant Room” is our most popular bedroom. The spacious king-size loft room, private sofa lounge, and private bathroom opens to the garden through glass doors on two sides of the room. You will love the magnificent outdoors feel and the breathtaking view of the pool and the beauty of the garden. The Lion Room and Tiger Room are two mirrored king bedrooms connected by a shared living room. Both bedrooms have their own laundry area, built-in closets and outdoor bathrooms with rain showers under the open sky. The shared living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas and opens through a sliding glass door to a cozy, tropical courtyard. In front of the rooms is a covered porch with lounge seating areas and fountain. The Monkey Room, which is situated on the first floor of the guest house, is approached by stairs. The king-size bedroom with indoor bathroom has two private sun terraces. Through the glass doors and window of the bedroom, you look into nature and listen to the sound of the jungle in the wind. And sometimes you can hear the scream of a monkey remotely. All rooms and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and offer additional fans on the ceiling of each room. Several lounge areas, sofas and sun loungers spread across the property and invite you to relax, spread out or retreat. The large swimming pool is usually the most popular meeting point in the premises. Whether for work or entertainment, our free WiFi is available for you. For a trip to the sea, the famous Bentota Beach is a 15-minute drive. The silky, beige sandy beach and warm sea waves are magnificent and invite you to walk and swim. We are happy to recommend other outdoor activities and excursions along the nearby coast or inland. By car or Tuktuk you can reach the nearest cities Dharga Town and Aluthgama in less than 10 minutes driving time. There you can find all kinds of shops and modern supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, souvenir shops, souvenir shops. The daily market offers a wide selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and of course freshly caught fish. Traditionally, our guests are cooked by Nilame, the chef of our villa, who is a true culinary poet. Its creations made from typical Sri Lankan cuisine and continental dishes are breathtaking and delicious at the same time. We are happy to host you according to your personal preference – from simple breakfast to half-board to full food. All food and drink are offered at cost price at no additional service fee. We even harvest the Organic King Coconuts fresh from the palms of our own garden and serve you as a traditional soft drink. On request, we are also happy to recommend local restaurants and hotel bars nearby. Full day service: The staff of the villa will take care of you at any time. In addition to our chef, our property manager, a roomboy and the gardener are on site every day and ensure your well-being. At night, a night watchman always stays on premises. Our employees have their own staff house. So you are well taken care of, yet undisturbed and have complete privacy. In the staff house are the kitchen, storage and laundry rooms of the villa. Treatment Room: The villa has its own massage room. Ayurveda massages and physical treatments can be arranged by local therapists and are available upon request. Free parking: We offer secure free parking on premises for up to two cars. We are happy to arrange a chauffeur service with local driver by car or by Tuktuk at any time.
