This stylish 53 m² loft spans two upper floors of a building with an elevator, offering street-facing windows with views of the Picasso Museum. The windows open fully, creating a French balcony feel and letting in natural light and fresh air. On the lower level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, and crockery, along with a dining area, cozy living room with sofa and TV, and a bathroom. The upper floor hosts an open-plan bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed and air conditioning. The bedroom is not separated by a door and opens onto a compact terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or drinks. Please note that this attic-style bedroom has a sloped ceiling, with a height of 290 cm at the highest point, 175 cm in the middle, and 150 cm at the lowest, near the stairs at the entrance, so keep this in mind when moving around the room. Additional notes: 🚗 The street is pedestrian-only, so the apartment is not accessible by car, but nearby public parking options are available. 🏘️ We also manage several other apartments in this building, ideal for groups or families traveling together. Guest access You will have the entire apartment and a terrace at your disposal. Make yourself at home.
