Casa Serenidad - A Santa Cruz Lakefront Stay

Casa Serenidad is a lakefront cottage with lush gardens secluded enough to be alone with nature, but within 3-5 minutes away from Isla Verde, a hotel with a restaurant that offers delicious food, and it’s usually open to the public. The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel. The space Complete cottage and surrounding gardens is available to guests. Guest access Cottage and surrounding gardens 🌸 Other things to note Casa Serenidad is only accessible by boat but is only a short walk to restaurants, kayak, paddle board rentals and to the main dock and town of Santa Cruz. Our property has a private dock where the taxi (lancha) boat can drop you off or pick you up to explore other towns around the lake. We can also help you arrange private boat service if needed.
