The space Recently refreshed and furnished! The single family detached house is on a large lot with a spacious backyard, front yard, oversized 2-car garage, and large driveway. It has recently been refreshed with new flooring, paint, and furnishings, and offers a clean, relaxed, coastal décor with some Mediterranean accents. You enter the home through beautiful double doors to a large family room with a soaring ceiling, natural wood beams, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen smart TV. The top level of the home includes a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a large private balcony perfect for sipping a glass of wine at sunset or sunbathing in seclusion. There are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The lower level of the home boasts a second master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a pull-out couch, and direct access to the backyard. The entire house is light, bright, and airy, and it gets a soothing sea breeze. We are EV friendly and offer a level 2 charger in the garage.
