* NEW LISTING * Welcome to 7th Street Lofts! Situated in the heart of downtown Edmonton/Ice District, this is a gorgeous historic loft which was originally a 1928 John Deere warehouse. It has 12ft timber beam ceilings and concrete floors. The space is incredibly trendy and decorated with unique art, modern furniture, and vintage rugs. You are a mere 5 min walk from Rogers Place and the Edmonton Ice District, and walking distance to all Edmonton's top restaurants and bars. The space The Spot: This loft is located in the warehouse district of downtown Edmonton. It was fully renovated in 2020 with an all-new kitchen, new appliances and completely furnished for air bnb use. The loft boasts 12' timber beam ceilings, concrete floors, and exposed brick walls. There is a queen-sized bed in the back of the loft and a queen-sized pull out in the front of the loft/living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you'll need to make a quick meal. There is only one interior door in the loft, and that is for the bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom separate the bedroom from the living room. This is a very open space. There is a large west-facing window and a skylight in the bedroom. There is one outdoor parking stall that is exclusive to your use. Additional parking is available by pay or free street parking during select hours. Your stay will include fresh linens, bathroom & kitchen essentials, wifi, cable TV, Netflix, etc. This is a very secure condominium residence. Only registered guests are allowed to be at the loft. There is a strict “No Events or Party” rule. Violation of this will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund and/or an additional charge of $100 per unregistered guest, regardless of how long they were at the loft. As the space is right downtown, it is susceptible to the noises typical with a big city. Busses, fire trucks, ambulances, etc. A fire station is two blocks away. There is intermittent road construction in the front of the building. Guest access Guests will be greeted with an initial welcome message after booking. This will include the link to the Self Check-In Instructions as well as information on parking. It will include photos and notes for each step. Please click the link, start check-in, and follow the steps. There are two separate entrances to the loft. One on the main level entering through the front and one at the back alley doors of the building. You will first check-in at the front door. There are no common amenities in the building.
