(This does not cover damage that the pet may cause) - Only small or medium-sized breeds are allowed. - A liability letter must be signed at check-in. - Any damage caused inside the apartment or in the common areas must be covered by the pet owner. Guest access Upon arrival, an ID or passport is required to enter and pick up the access cards at the administration office. If someone other than the person who made the reservation will check in, an image of that person's ID or passport must be provided.
