Sunnybank is a modern and comfortable annex/apartment, for up to 2 guests. Attached to the main house with it's own private entrance and access. It has a lounge/dining area, shower room with toilet & basin, an equipped kitchen allowing light meals to be prepared and a large bedroom with double bed. The bedroom has patio doors allowing access to an allocated space in the rear garden. There is off road free parking for one vehicle on the driveway. There are steps leading up to the property. The space Sunnybank is modern and spacious with lots of natural light . It has a quiet ,secluded garden guests can access Guest access Guests are welcome to use the garden space outside the patio doors and on the higher level where there is a pond and quiet /private seating area . The summer house and barbecue would be available upon request .
