Downtown Bedroom with patio

Wake up in this private room located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The room is located in a very convenient neighbourhood 2 minutes from the main intersection of Bloor & Yonge where the two main subway lines in Toronto intersect. Shops, restaurants, Gym, Dance School, grocery (24/7), LCBO pubs and bars are all around and within 2 min walk max. One of the rare Victorian houses left on Yonge Street of Toronto. Other guests describe it as gorgeous and convenient. Truly, one of a kind. The space The house is located in the most vibrant area (we are accessible to so many restaurants, ttc, university, theatres, in addition to the existing neighbours), it is possible sometimes to hear noise every now and then. The City’s noise reduction is 11pm. This room is connected to the patio which is the emergency exit to the house. Outdoor security cameras on entrance and exit. Unauthorized guests are strictly not permitted at all times. No exceptions. Guest access The room is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor) from the street. Once you climb up the second stairs it will be on your left hand side. Please use the washroom by your room only and ——keep door closed when using washroom at all times, please wipe down the sink after every use and leave space and toilet clean and tidy at all times, leave your personal belongings and towels in your room not in washroom——. this is a shared space and this is why it is special and top rated, hygiene and cleanliness are a must.
