The space Our private year round Muskoka lakefront cottage is situated on a small quiet lake in the hub of Muskoka with a very RARE 300 feet of water frontage. Located between Port Carling & Bala, this vacation Muskoka paradise is the perfect spot to paddleboard, kayak, swim, relax, have some laughs on the dock, make some Muskoka memories and traditions. The swimming is spectacular, with a sandy beach with shallow entry leading to deeper water; perfect for small children. The deck is an entertainers dream with plenty of lakefront seating. The campfire is located right at the water's edge and is a beautiful spot to relax, sing songs and roast marshmallows/s’mores. The cottage is stunning, with floor to ceiling windows with a jaw dropping view, a fireplace for cooler nights, and 3 generously sized bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and white bedding throughout. Primary bedroom has KING bed. The quiet road leading to the cottage is perfect for walking. The General Store is within walking distance and has many wonderful food items, coffee and everyday essentials. Enjoy our 2 adult kayaks, SUP board, 2 child kayaks, Lily pad, peddle boat, canoe, 14ft aluminum row boat and adult life jackets. The hot tub is a highlight year round! Star gazing the amazing Muskoka sky while drinking in a full moon and a crackling campfire is hard to beat. This cottage is in a fantastic location, has excellent cell service and fast wifi!! Your first visit won’t be your last! Guest access This entire cottage is for guest use. It is a private piece of property with 300 feet of frontage on the lake with four acres of mixed bush. There are only two other cottages on this whole side of the lake, assuring you peacefulness and privacy. The water toys are operational in the warmer months and the hot tub is operational year round. Other things to note We are not charging a cleaning fee, and ask that you tidy up before you leave and please remove all garbage. The Eveleigh Transfer Station is less than 5 minutes away on Eveleigh Rd. Most of all we ask that you please, please, pleeeaasse pick up after your awesome dogs 🙏 Please note this is a SMALL safe lake, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing etc. The Lake Joe boat launch is 5 minutes from the cottage if you would like to go big Lake boating on Muskoka's big 3 lakes.
