We are located in a quiet residential area of downtown. You will find the location and cleanliness of our b&b to be superb! We are a non hosted property with a manager on call and close. This is a first floor room in an inn with 5 rooms total. We ask our guests to be considerate of others in the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. Our rooms are decorated in a sea theme with cheerful, light colors. We look forward to hosting you! Breakfast is served June 15 till August 15. We always have coffee! I live 2 blocks away and I am on call, 24/7. I also have staff available to assist during the hours of 9am to 9pm. One block from downtown, half a block from the oceanfront park, trail and pavilion. The boat harbor is a 15-20 walk/ about .5 miles away. There is a free shuttle that runs everyday on a scheduled route around town.
