Parking is conveniently available on-site in a complimentary underground garage. The location is exceptionally advantageous: it's centrally situated in downtown Penzberg, tucked away in the backyard, and is only a short walk from the main train station. A shuttle bus to the Roche facility has its stop right at the doorstep. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds. Access to the generous balcony, which also provides a view of the surrounding mountain landscape, is available from both the living area and one of the bedrooms. The ample living area invites relaxation with a cozy couch. High-speed Wi-Fi up to 100 Mbps, an impressive 55” LG Smart TV, and Netflix access offer the opportunity to unwind after a long day.
