Situated conveniently above Brantingham Station right in the center of it all! Welcome to The Perch in Brantingham NY! Situated right on the snowmobile/ATV trail system in Lewis County. Walking distance to Pine tree, Coachlight and the Brantingham Inn you can't go wrong whether your an outdoor enthusiast or in the area for a wedding, or visiting family. 5 minutes to High Voltage motocross track and right around the corner from Brantingham and Pleasant Lake. Other things to note We are no longer renting to guests under the age of 30 due to past issues. Very sorry for the inconvenience. Please be honest about the number of guests you intend to bring. If the number changes after your initial booking and your unsure of how to change the reservation please reach out and we can amend it for you. Thank you for your time and interest in our listing.
