It is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor you will find the living room with a double sofa bed (very comfortable!), the kitchen with a fully equipped peninsula with a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, coffee pod machine and various drinks. Adjacent to the kitchen is the small outdoor veranda, the only area where smoking is allowed. Also on the ground floor is the first spacious bathroom where through another door you can access the utility room with the washing machine. The upper floor houses the sleeping area where there is the second bathroom, comfortable and spacious, the double bedroom with desk, the bedroom with two bunk beds and a third pull-out bed and desk. We then find a walk-in closet room and a reading/relaxation area located on the mezzanine accessible by a space-saving staircase (for small children, safety gates are provided for all stairs) Air conditioning is present in the living room on the ground floor, and in each of the two bedrooms. Every detail is taken care of with love❤️ The hosts, Paola and Francesco, live about half a kilometer from the house, so guests will have all their privacy and at the same time the opportunity to solve any problem quickly. Guest access Guests can park directly in front of the house in the free parking space. Other things to note Please note that the municipality of Pistoia provides for a tourist tax of 1 euro per person up to a maximum of 5 days. We do NOT ask for extra fees if you arrive late in the evening for check-in! We live very close by, and it is a pleasure for us to welcome you to give you the keys at any time.
