You can reach our beautiful river, the Lech, in a few minutes. The surrounding area invites you to hike or cycle. The Alps are about 30 minutes away by car. The price includes water and electricity. The space The modern kitchen invites you to cook. There is a side-by-side refrigerator with integrated water connection for fresh, cool water and ice cubes. The bathroom is new, the shower small but nice. The Wi-Fi password is on the small dining table for you. Parking is right outside the front door. Guest access Access to the attic is via a shared staircase. During your stay There are three of us living here – together with our two lovely cats – in our beautiful terraced house. We are very pleased about an open, cordial exchange - gladly already when booking. My husband and I are always available to you personally as a contact person. If we are not there, you can easily reach us at any time via Airbnb. Other things to note - Animals: There are 2 cats living with us in the household - When leaving the accommodation (even on excursions), please close all skylights! - Caution hot water!: every Monday from 8 am - 5 pm a hygiene program runs. Water can still be taken from the tap, but slowly get used to the temperature. - It is forbidden to bring more people than booked to the accommodation as a guest, to have them stay overnight or to pass the booking on to third parties.
