This is our largest room on the property. If you need additional rooms or beds, please approach the front desk to discuss possible options. Upgrades are not available for this room category, since it is our largest room on-site. Our family room plus come with with 1 queen bed and 3 single beds. You will have TV with cable and bathrooms have soap and body wash for guests. This room also comes with an exterior patio with a view of the mountains. As for the property as a whole, we invite you to wander throughout the property and take in the sounds and fresh air that make our hotel one of a kind in the region. We have planted local fauna that's unique to region and will soon be able to provide fresh fruits and vegetables right from our garden to our guests. Other things to note ABOUT THIS SPACE: Our family room plus can comfortably accommodate five guests in the room. The room is spacious and comfortable with very comfortable beds. We take pride in our service, cleanliness and giving you a nature driven experience. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We are always delighted to provide additional services for our guests who may need transportation, guided tours, food or restaurant recommendations and special requests. RULES AND REGULATIONS: As per resolution 1238 of the Colombian Government, we are obligated to register each and every guests that comes into our property. We must register all foreign guests visiting this property into the SIRE database (Sistema de Informacion de Registro de Extranjeros). Registering your information is a legal obligation we are expected to uphold with the government in order to operate the property. Therefore we must ask for your passport at the time of arrival and for every guest in your reservation.
