During the winter months enjoy the warm fireplace! The patio and yard is wonderful in the summer and spring months with a firepit under the stars & back patio with lights. This home comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a living room with 2 couches as well as a kitchen, laundry room and High Speed Starlink WIFI. The space This house offers a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms one is in a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, and there is an office, and a backyard with a patio, as well as a laundry room. The garage is not available for guest to use. Guest access Use the code on the front door Other things to note The house has an electronic key pad on the front door. This house does not provide consumables. There are no toiletries or shampoos or soaps. Please be advised to bring your own items as I run this property remotely. This allows us to limit the expenses we charge you and allows you to buy the items you prefer or bring what you may already have. Discounts are available for longer stays or direct message for available dates on calendar, I am willing to negotiate. Garage is off limits to guest Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. If your pet sheds a lot there will likely be an additional cleaning fee, if we notice a lot of hair on sheets and the furniture.. If there are not potty trained there will likely be an additional cleaning fee for if there is poop or pee inside of the house. I would not recommend your pets staying here if that is likely to happen. Additionally if your pet is going to use the restroom outside, the patio is not an acceptable place for them to use the restroom and you will also have an additional cleaning fee. This is to make sure that the cleaners don’t have additional workload and that the next guest will enjoy their stay and have a great experience with clean sheets and furniture when they arrive same day.
