In the surrounding area ( less than 15 min walk ) you can find grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, local bus station... The space This spacious apartment, with total space of 120 m2 can accommodate up to 5 persons. The apartment is on 2nd floor of the family house with private entry by stairs. It is composed of entrance hall, 3 bedrooms all with access to its own small balcony ( two with two beds and one with one bed ), big bathroom with shower, one toilet, fully equipped kitchen connected with dinning area ( with table for six people ) and spacious living room with balcony. Guest access -free private parking place in front of the house is included -for all stays longer than 7 nights cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is complementary -the use of swimming pool in the garden is not included in your stay in our apartment. It is a family pool, we can agree on terms of use when you arrive it you are interested. Other things to note In the surrounding area there are many interesting places to visit ( Sokol kula, Pasjača beach, Folklor in Čilipi on sundays, Kojan Koral, Bio Konavle, Molunat, Cavtat-from where you can go by boat in the Old town of Dubrovnik ) and some very special restaurants on river Ljuta in impressive nature with great local food and wine Konoba Vinica Monković and Konavoski dvori. Konavle region is also famous for great local wines so maybe you will enjoy some wine tasting tours.
