Sunset Shore House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Take a deep breath and enjoy the view of Shelburne's beautiful harbour. We offer a fully equipped house only minutes from the town of Shelburne with it's many amenities. The picturesque Sandy Point Lighthouse, which features a beach at low tide, is only a short drive away as well as many of the gorgeous beaches Nova Scotia's south shore has to offer. The space Sunset Shore House is a three bedroom bungalow with breathtaking views of the Shelburne harbour. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfy living room sectional, or sit on the front porch with a glass of wine to enjoy the last sun rays of the day.  The space offers air conditioning in the living room and kitchen areas. The bedrooms are not air conditioned.  There are three bedrooms with two queen beds and one double bed.  The second cozy sitting area is by the wood stove which will provide comfort on cool evenings along with a heat pump and baseboard heaters.  The backyard comes with two patios. One is roofed and one is open to the elements. There is outdoor furniture and a fire bowl. Firewood for the outdoor fire is not provided. Municipal burn times and bans must be respected. A barbeque is available for your convenience.  Our driveway is gravel and on a slope which means children should be supervised. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on the property which is not fenced. Our furry friends might take an interest in the neighbour's chickens and rooster who you might hear crowing in the mornings.  Our coffee bar with a Kuerig, a drip coffee maker and a french press will get your day off to a good start. K-cups, coffee and tea are complimentary. Guest access House and front and backyard including patios. Other things to note The house has key access .
