Peaceful Getaway - Phoebe

Gorgeous forested creekside camp with lots of room to spread out. This site is known as Phoebe on the map (see photos). Large chill groups and families welcome, no loud parties or events. Vehicles with good clearance (4x4/AWD recommended) can drive to site. Otherwise, it's a one minute walk to camp. It's a downhill walk, so you go back uphill to your car. There's a garden cart to help you transport gear. The space Site includes: 4 burner propane grill with side burner (gas and grill utensils provided), solar string lights, dining table and 4 chairs, an extra table for prep or dining, a garden couch and chair, 4 stools, 2 hammocks, fire pit, firewood for sale, trash can and liners (we will take trash off for you), and a critter proof box that doubles as dry storage. Three minute walk to the clean composting toilet outhouse; we clean it twice a day. Epic outdoor shower also three minutes away (currently cold water only). Plenty of parking in the field for large groups. A few cars would comfortably fit at the actual site. This site has its own 200' section of creek. You can get your feet wet in the shallow parts or travel upstream a bit and find a section about 2' deep. All of this is for you; no one else will have access to your portion of the creek! It is a spring fed creek that starts just at the top of the property, so it is clean (we still recommend boiling water if using it to drink, though!). There is plenty to do on our farm. We have a shiitake mushroom farm with self-guided tour, well maintained walking trails, hidden treasure boxes, a painting and game station, scavenger hunts, and much more (see pics for more information). Our farm is two minutes from Southern Revere brewery (you may hear noise on Fridays and/or Saturdays from the brewery) and five minutes from Forrest Green Farm. If you would like to make the experience even easier, you can rent a tent (we will set it up for you before you arrive), sleeping pads, insect screen, cooler with ice, or you can purchase potable water.
