Historic Sycamore Bend Manor

Sycamore Manor is centrally located in Wilmington, NC, yet it's situated on a 12-acre historic property that originally dates to 1736 and remodeled in 1818. Recently renovated, Sycamore Manor has 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and grand porches and patios surrounded by mature tress, gardens and fountains. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine overlooking a picturesque stable, sprawling green pastures and open lawn surrounded by pristine white fencing. Truly a memorable experience! Guest access Guests are only permitted access to the immediate yard surrounding the Manor unless they have booked the adjoining grounds for a wedding or other event. If the adjoining grounds have not been booked for an event, guests are welcome to walk and enjoy the entire property. Guests staying in both the Manor Loft and the Cottage are welcome to enjoy the Sycamore shared pool—a relaxing and refreshing amenity available to both accommodations. Other things to note Horses live in the stables on the adjoining grounds and may be in the pastures. Wedding Venue office is located on the bottom/restricted level of the manor house, Jean (owner) and employees will be accessing the bottom level office regularly. Staff member is present at all times on the property due to us being an active horse stable.
