Welcome to my home on the border with Gibraltar! You’ll stay in a cozy private room with views of the Rock. I live here and share the house with guests from around the world. Your bathroom is shared only with me or at most one other guest. You’ll have access to shared areas in a respectful environment. I’m happy to offer local tips. The house is 1 min from the border and buses, 7 min from the beach. The space This is a shared home—an apartment right by the border where I live and rent out rooms. You will have your own private room, but some areas are shared, including the kitchen and the living room. The bathroom is shared with me and, at most, one other guest. It’s a friendly and respectful environment, perfect for those who enjoy a homely atmosphere. Guest access Shared Areas and Rules Dear guests, You are welcome to use the shared areas of the house, which include the kitchen and the living room. These spaces are available for use until 11:00 PM. In the kitchen, feel free to cook or prepare food, but please make sure to leave everything clean and exactly as you found it. The living room is also available until 11:00 PM. There is an Alexa speaker playing music from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You’re free to change the music, stop it, or adjust the volume—just talk to Alexa directly. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay! Notes About Shared Use And Quiet Hours At the entrance, you’ll find a small whiteboard listing the names of the guests staying that night. Depending on who is in the house, the 11:00 PM quiet time can be flexible. If you are the only guests that night, feel free to use the terrace or other shared areas beyond that time—just remember to keep noise to a reasonable level. Also, if you’ve connected with the other guests and everyone agrees, it's perfectly fine to stay out on the terrace a bit longer. What matters most is that everyone feels comfortable and respected. Please always use common sense, respect, and kindness toward others in the house. If everyone is thoughtful, things run smoothly and everyone enjoys their stay. Other things to note To open your room door (House C), enter a three-digit code and turn it clockwise. If there’s an error, press the “C” button and start again.
