The apartment is on the lower (basement) level. → Desirable location → Approx. 500ft² / 45m² of space → Walk score of 88! → Transit score of 96! → On site washer + dryer → Fully equipped kitchen The space High-speed unlimited Wi-Fi. Flat Smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube or any other App. The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed appliances large (fridge, full stove and a dishwasher) and small to enjoy a home cooked meal. The LR has a large eating bar that doubles as a comfortable desk. Bedroom features a double bed and a large closet. A washer and dryer are also on site for guests to use. If you are 6' or taller I suggest you don't book the apartment. Guest access he guest will have access to the entire unit and the laundry facilities. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note There is a small section of the unit at 6'. So if you are taller than 6' I suggest you don't book it but of course it's up to you. If you need parking please let me know.
