Holland Beach is a 15 minute walk and the nearest dog park is a 5 minute walk across the road. We only rent to over 21's. All dogs are welcome at no extra charge but must be kept on a leash, whilst out on site. Great bus service into Clacton town and direct buses to Colchester, St Oysth and Harwich. Club house has decent acts on but you must purchase site passes to watch. The space Our holiday home is a static caravan. site on Valley Farm Park Resorts, Valley road, in Clacton on Sea. It has single and double bedrooms, with the added double sofabed in the front room. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Guest access You have full use of our holiday home. the grassed area is for everyone's use. The clubhouse is free during the day and you'll need to purchase passes from the reception. Passes are not included in the cost of your stay. We send out the key code and directions on the day of your arrival, usually, no later than 12 noon. Other things to note We do not supply towels due to COVID-19.
