The main bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, workspace, open wooden closet, air conditioning, and stunning sea views directly from the bed. The second bedroom includes two individual beds, a full bathroom, workspace area, and the same beautiful oceanview atmosphere, making this layout perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for comfortable stays, including stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and a breakfast bar that connects naturally with the living room area. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open to the balcony, bringing in natural light, ocean breeze, and unforgettable sunsets. Upstairs, the private rooftop terrace becomes the highlight of the penthouse. Inside the building, you’ll also find an amazing Italian restaurant serving authentic Neapolitan pizza and handmade pasta — easily one of our favorite spots in Playa. 🍕✨ Guest access As our guest, you’ll have access to all building amenities: • Rooftop with two ocean-view pools, sunbeds, and lounge areas (7:00 AM – 10:30 PM) • Fully equipped rooftop gym • Art gallery with rotating exhibitions inside the building • Italian restaurant on the ground floor with authentic Neapolitan pizza & handmade pasta • Free underground parking, subject to availability and limited to small and medium vehicles (maximum height: 1.72 m) • Elevators and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building • Beach access just a short walk down Calle 38 • Private rooftop terrace with plunge pool exclusive to the apartment ‼️Important: Wristbands are required to access the building amenities and common areas. They are provided at reception between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Other things to note • At the beginning of your stay, we provide a complimentary starter set of basic amenities. If you need additional refills, you may purchase them at nearby convenience stores or request them from us for an extra cost. • Each bedroom includes one full initial set of bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet/blanket). • We also provide 1 set of towels per guest (1 bath towel and 1 beach/pool towel). • If you require additional towel or linen changes during your stay, please request them in advance. Extra changes have an additional laundry recovery fee.
