Welcome to the Oasis! A spacious and stylish POOL home located in a quiet neighborhood in Central Orlando! Enjoy this trendy, cozy & private 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The LARGE backyard is a true sanctuary with lush landscaping, a stunning pool and oversized patio with plenty of space to relax, whine down and enjoy the Florida sun. The space BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower and deskspace Bedroom 3: Queen bed, private bathroom with shower There are two LIVING ROOMS to enjoy here at the Oasis. One includes a large sectional sofa and flat screen TV to make a relaxing evening with the family. The other living space includes a cozy loveseat, large flat screen TV and dining table making it the perfect hangout space with friends. KITCHEN is fully stocked with dishware, cookware and utensils. Coffeemaker (coffee and creamer provided!) and toaster also included. An additional kitchenette with an induction stovetop is located right by the pool! POOL: The pool area includes a in-ground swimming pool and surrounding deck that has pool toys and two lounge chairs to catch some of Florida's sun rays. In the large screened-in PATIO, you will have a charcoal grill that is also available to use plus a dining table and other comfortable seating. The pool does not have a heater but it is warm almost year-round. Please note: each door leading to the pool from inside the home has a sensor chime for safety. Backyard is fenced in all around the property. Pool Service company is scheduled to arrive weekly. We have a strict NO party policy. Additional visitors over our 6 guest occupancy must be notified of to hosts. Guest access Entire home, pool and backyard is available to you and your family! Parking available in garage and driveway for a total of 4 cars. Please message us if you would like to arrive earlier than 4pm. Early check-in fee of $35 will apply. We are pet friendly! $75 pet fee per stay. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Pets must be cleaned up after and NO pets are allowed on furniture or in the pool. Additional cleaning fee for pet clean up: $50 If pet hair found in pool, $250 for chemical imbalance and pool pump repair. Quiet hours are after 9pm nightly. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated. Please respect our neighbors! NO party decorations, glitter, etc should be left for cleaners to take care of. Additional cleaning fee if found: $50
