Located on 1 acre lot Onsite parking to suit caravan, boat or work truck. 5 min walk through the nature reserve to beach. 17 kms of sandy beach with 4 wl drive access. Local shops (Tavern, IGA, Bakery, Chemist, Cafe) 20 min drive to Bundy town, 30 minutes to Bargara, 40 minutes to Elliott Heads. Bedroom has comfortable queen size bed with wardrobe. Kitchen has airfryer, hotplate, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine. Everyhing you need. Pull out sofa bed available for extra cost I am available by mobile phone. I have made a booklet and is left on the coffee table but am happy to discuss anything guests would like to know. Quiet neighbourhood. 5 min walk to beach. Walk to local shops, IGA, Bakery, Tavern, Bowls Club, skate park and children playground . Local food vans located in the park right next to beach. 4 wheel drive access to 15km beach.
