Next to the secure entrance door you will find a secure box for self check-in. The entrance opens onto a small room with 90/190 bunk beds, storage and a 1st bathroom (sink, shower cabin, toilet) Then you will find the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, microwave oven, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, blender) Vacuum cleaner and Vileda cleaning kit. In the living room, HD connected TV and 2 sofa beds with 3 beds 80/190. Living room lamps and portable lamp for the balcony not overlooked, directly overlooking the river. On the balcony, garden furniture, a clothesline, an umbrella and a garbage can for the outside. A staircase secured by a rope ramp and decorated takes you to the floor where you will find a master suite with a large 140/190 bedding room with neat and refined bedding with the presence of a fan and a 2nd TV. This one is open from the beginning of April to the end of September from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. You can easily reach the city center where you will find different shops and excellent restaurants. During peak periods, it is advisable to book in these different establishments. Other things to note wifi available in the apartment Not overlooked . On the terrace overlooking the river and the old Argentat neighborhoods Outdoor swimming pool open from Easter holidays to the end of September . This year, the heated swimming pool is closed from October 1, 2025 in the evening to April 1, 2026 in the morning. Check-in and check-out times are flexible and we will always find a compromise together to satisfy you. If you'd like, a cleaning service can intervene.
