Beautifully finished and well equipped this unit with direct access to communal pool and just steps from Las Ballenas white sand beach will make your vacation dreams come true. The space The large terrace is surrounded by lush tropical plants and the open plan living space has a fabulous American kitchen, with plenty of counter tops to cook that fresh fish you can buy on the beach! 2 King bedrooms and an additional Queen size sofa bed make this comfortable for a family or friends sharing. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. During your stay you can enjoy the large pool but please note it's a communal pool! Ample parking. Other things to note Due to COVID now we do not offer in stay cleaning services (maid service) but of course a deep clean will be made for your arrival. We provide toilet paper, hand soap, a kitchen paper roll, dish soap, and a gallon of drinking water for your arrival ONLY. These items will not be provided during your whole stay. Please bring your own personal hygiene items e.g. shampoo and shower gel. For stays of more than 3 nights, electricity is not included; we take a meter reading on arrival and departure. Please note that an extra fee will be charged for late check-in (after 8 PM) or late check-out (after 11AM).
