The Waterfalls @OVP ENTIRE HOME (5 Bedrooms)

This 5 bedroom house is situated on a hill with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The house has a private pool on the first floor and at the top of the house there is a man made waterfall and large event pavilion with lounge seating. The house is located less than a five minute walk from the beach, restaurants and a lively nightlife. If you are thinking of having a destination wedding or a special event please let us know! The space The house is made of two floors with separate entrances. The first floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom and the second floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The pool is on the first floor and the second floor has a balcony with an outdoor dining table and seating along with amazing ocean views. Both floors have their own living room and kitchen with all the basics. If you walk up the outdoor staircase at the top of the house you’ll find the large event pavilion complete with ocean views, hammocks, seating areas and restrooms. The event pavilion is open to all guests on our property and can be reserved for private events. When not being used for private events, it is a great place to relax and read. Just a short walk down the hill will take you to Sandy Beach, restaurants, bars, nightlife, beach-front yoga, water sports and more! Each bedroom will be provided with two beach towels. Beach chairs are available for your use. All guests have access to free Wifi. The parking area is on-site and gated. Guest access Our property is located on a hill which allows us to have ocean views at every level. An outdoor staircase with more than 100 steps runs from the lower house to the mid-level common area to the top house. The common area includes the event pavilion, bar and waterfall lounge. Our house at the top of the hill has an infinity pool with ocean views. If no guests are staying in this house or if you are part of the group booking, you can have access to the private infinity pool with ocean views. Parking for up to 8 cars. SUVs and Pickups in the driveway only. Not accessible by low profile cars. Other things to note Early Check-in: If you are arriving on a flight overnight and require early-check in we can provide this to you for $50. This option depends on availability! We will meet you at the house upon arrival to give you the keys. We have been traveling to Rincon since 1994 and lived here since 2007.
