Harlan County Lake - Quiet Cozy Cabin Space

Quiet & cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath cabin near the north shore of Harlan County Reservoir between Hunter & Methodist Coves. Perfect for 2 people who want to fish or hunt during the day & have a peaceful, private area to retreat to in the evening. Ideal for the fishing tournament team, w/exterior electricity available. Cabin accommodates 2 guests very comfortably, with a queen sofa sleeper in the living area for up to 4 guests. Large backyard has patio, gas grill, table/4 chairs. The space Public access to the lake's north shore is within walking distance from the end of the lane for bank fishing, bird watching, kayaking, etc. (when dry shoreline conditions are favorable). Bedroom has queen bed, dresser and full closet. Open high-ceiling kitchen/living room has queen sofa sleeper, swivel rocker, smart TV (with Dish satellite) and a small high-top dining table with four stools. Bathroom has sink, toilet and shower. Bed linens, kitchen and bathroom towels are furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat-in, along with full-sized refrigerator, 24” range/oven, small microwave, coffeepot and other small appliances (crockpot, blender, toaster, electric skillet, etc.). If you choose to go out, there are many restaurant/bar options in nearby Republican City and Alma. There is an air-conditioner/heating unit in kitchen/living room that comfortably cools/heats the cabin, ceiling fans in kitchen/living room and bedroom, and a ventilation fan in bathroom. Large backyard has covered concrete patio, gas grill and a table with four chairs. Water is provided by a domestic well. If you prefer, you may bring bottled water for drinking and/or cooking. Guest access Cabin unit is 350 sf, located on the back side of our boat storage building and has a private, secured entry. Owners keep items of personal property in the storage area of the building and may occasionally be on the front side of the property. Other things to note Please Read: The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Children/minors aged 17 or younger may not be left unattended at the cabin.
