This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Walking distance to University and Hospital. This four bedroom house has a dining room to seat 12 people and sleep 9. Two living rooms both with TVs set to stream shows and movies. Ping pong table as well as a poker table. This house is perfect for family gatherings. Bring the whole family for the graduation. Walking distance to graduation. This is our personal home. I am a single mom with two great kids and this is our main home. The home is bright, sunny and clean. That being said, most main common spaces do not have window coverings, the bedrooms do, but living room, dining room, and kitchen do not. Our property is very private and we have no need to cover the windows for privacy. We also love a bright sunny home. The home is a ranch with a finished basement that walks out to patio and back yard, so what is referred to as upper or main level is street level. The styling and furnishings are modern on the main level and casual modern traditional downstairs. The main level has the master bedroom and bath, two other bedrooms, a hall bath, and the main dining room, living room, and kitchen. Off the kitchen and dining area are sliding glass doors to a sunny deck with a natural gas grill, expandable dining table for 8, and two chaise lounges. On the lower level you will find another small kitchen and dining area as well as a large open space with sofa, fireplace, TV, ping pong table, sleeping area with two twin beds, and a poker table that is also a bumper pool table. Also on the lower level is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The lower level has French doors that lead to a patio table with six chairs. Our home is on a cul-de-sac with a basketball hoop. We have a front yard and a small back yard. There is a lot of wildlife, especially deer. You will have access to all parts of the house except storage rooms and utility room. You will be able to reach me anytime during your stay to answer questions. Quiet family neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. Loud music and parties would be quickly noticed and not welcome. Right next to upper campus and walking distance to both BU campuses and the Bloomsburg Hospital. There will be room in the driveway for parking two cars, possibly three. Don’t park on the street on Wednesdays. They ticket if you do. The TV is a smart TV for steaming. There is cable internet but no cable TV. There are not TVs in the bedrooms. Please take care with dining room table, it was a special order (took almost a year to arrive) from Denmark and is not Ikea, hahaha. Please be contientoius and not slide items or write without a pad on it. I appreciate your care for it. Since I have been hosting it’s taken a bit of wear so I wanted to note it in the description that the table is valuable and cherished by our family. We do want you to use it as we do, just treat it like it was yours. As this is our main home, the drawers and closets are not empty, but rather have our personal belongings. If I am unable to clear drawers for your clothing, there will be a luggage rack available for you. I will also have hanging racks available as well if there is not ample closet space. Double bed in gray bedroom is a futon mattress. Also, none of the bedrooms have televisions. Televisions are only in common areas.
