Lots of people use this spot as a launch pad for moving to Denver while apartment hunting/job searching. Quiet hours are 11am-7am so it's also a great spot for business travelers. NO PARTYING. Other things to note Please include in your message that you will respect the space and other guests, and you understand that it is a shared house so things might get out of place sometimes. This will expedite the booking/acceptance process. We have an exterior video surveillance camera at entrances to the home. This is a shared house, private room. If you are bringing a pet, please include them in your total number of guests (we charge pets as additional guests, $15/night/pet). No cats or high shedding dog breeds. If excessive fur is found, additional $50 cleaning fee will be requested. Don’t use the address to sign up for anything or have anything delivered.
