Our cozy one-bedroom unit is situated in Uptown Parksuites Tower 1, BGC, just a short stroll away from all your essentials, including Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Bonifacio High Street, St. Luke’s Medical Center, and Landers. It takes approx 55 mins to reach the airports, while Makati is only a 15-minute drive away. Whether you're a traveler looking for a peaceful retreat or a business professional on the move, our space offers a delightful combination of modern comfort and traditional charm. The space The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, with an additional charge of PHP 500 per night for extra guests. A floor mattress will be provided for the third guest. Guest access Our unit features essential amenities, including: * High-speed Wi-Fi * Cozy lounge area with a couch * Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube In the kitchen and dining area, you'll find: * Dining table for 2 * Appliances such as refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, rice cooker, and electric kettle * Plates, mugs, and utensils * Complimentary coffee The bedroom is equipped with: * One (1) Queen-size Bed * Two (2) Full-size floor mattress - suggest to overlap them for a comfortable sleep * Desk Fan * Desk with a chair * Floor lamp * Pool view * Closet space with hangers * Flat iron * Blanket, towels, tissue and toiletries The bathroom is equipped with a water heater and a washing machine. Guests have access to the pool from Tuesday to Friday except holidays. Other things to note Attention Guests! Important House Rules We want to ensure that everyone has a safe and pleasant experience, so please take note of the following house rules: - Check-in time is at 2PM, and check-out time is at 12NN. - Secure a valid ID upon arrival at the lobby and have your names registered (Uptown Parksuites Registration) through the QR code.  - Unregistered Guests are strictly prohibited and shall be declined upon entry. - The time of check-in is strictly enforced. - Please note that there is no luggage storage available in the lobby or on the premises. We kindly ask that all guest make alternative arrangements for their luggage storage before and after their stay. - Please do not bring additional guests without prior consent from us. - There is no free parking in the building or the street. If you are driving, we suggest you arrange overnight parking in Uptown Mall or Uptown Parade. The average parking fee in BGC is Php50 for the first 3 hours however please check upon entry as the rates might have changed. - Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool every Tuesday to Friday except holidays. Maximum of three (3) registered guests per unit for free use of the swimming pool. In excess, must pay ₱300.00 per person. - We ask that you help us keep the place clean by removing your shoes before entering. - Parties, gatherings inside are not allowed. - We do not allow pets inside the unit. - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we observe a noise curfew from 10:00 PM. - For energy conservation, please turn off all appliances and air-conditioning whenever leaving the place. - For cleanliness, please avoid eating or bringing food into the bedroom area. Also, never bring and cook smelly or fishy food in the unit and remember to turn off the stove after cooking. - Please take good care of the furnishings, any damage will be charged accordingly. · Leaving the garbage in all parts of the common area (including the hallway/in front of the unit) is strictly prohibited and will be sanctioned accordingly. · Garbage Collection Schedule: 8AM - 12NN and 5PM - 9PM. - Smoking and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. We will not tolerate any illegal activities on our property, and any violations will result in immediate action from us, which may include calling the authorities for assistance. We take these rules very seriously, but we also believe in creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
