Guest access The apartment has an independent entrance with a code to unlock the door, and the building has 24/7 security. Other things to note TO DO. It is an essential requirement that the person responsible for the reservation completes the form sent for compliance with local regulations and the provisions of the National Superintendence of Migration. This information is also necessary to authorize guests to enter the building. They must show the documents previously indicated in the building's lobby. After 10 days, they will be donated. * We do not offer luggage storage service before check-in and/or after check-out. * The lobby staff does not belong to our company so any request regarding the apartment should be made directly to us by message. Penalties: - Children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter - Visitors are not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. - No parties or social gatherings. - Excessive noise is not allowed. - Hanging clothes on balconies is not allowed. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars and/or any type of drug and/or substance) and/or building. This includes outdoor areas such as balconies, patios, and/or terraces. - Do not flush paper down the toilet. - Do not stain or mistreat the sheets and towels. - Do not move or uninstall any appliance or fixture in the apartment. Failure to comply with any of these points will result in a penalty of 250 USD and the reservation will be automatically canceled.
