Spring Weekends at the Beach! Enjoy a peaceful break at Benson Proper, a small, cozy, dog-friendly condo just a few blocks from the beach and the boardwalk, making it a perfect seaside retreat. It is a small but thoughtfully arranged condo. A quick 10 minute walk will take you to the beach or into Dewey. The Jolly Trolley stop also nearby. Perfect for a couple or small family. Quiet secluded atmosphere. The space The condo is a small 2 bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep 4. Downstairs is the living area, fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, tv and closet. Up the narrow spiral staircase is a loft with twin bed and a second bedroom with a full bed, small dresser and TV. Out back is a gas grill and 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Out front is a spacious fenced patio with a sectional couch and dining table with umbrella. Note: Linens are not provided. Please bring sheets, bath & beach towels. Pillows, blankets & kitchen towels are provided. Guest access Guests have access to entire condo except the outdoor storage units and the owners closet in the loft. Other things to note Non Smoking Community. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. Parties not permitted. Up to 2 house trained dogs allowed- must follow pet rules and add your dogs to the reservation to include the pet fee of $75. One parking spot provided for a regular size car. Additional cars and oversized vehicles must park on the street. No permit required on Benson Street even in the summer. I do live in the property part of the year and rent out for others to enjoy when I am not able to be there. Please respect the property.
