Little Studio getaway

Cute, simple little self-contained studio in park like setting. Complete with kitchenette and full private bathroom. Smart tv, Wifi, and ample parking for larger vehicles and trailers. Very safe and secure. Air mattresses for extra sleeping space available. The space 8 grassy and wooded acres with a year around creek. One and a half miles from interstate 5. Owners live on the property, so assistance is always available. We also have a nice little orchard, veggie gardens and black berries in season. Lots of room to play or kick back either one. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the property. Other things to note There is a super cute, well stocked, little country store just on the other side of the freeway. Our closest town is Canyonville, 10 miles to the north of us. It is a small town but boasts one of Oregons nicer casinos, as well as fast food and grocery stores. Other than that, we are located right between Grants Pass and Roseburg. Both are good sized towns 35 to 45 miles to the north and south of us. Also, cell service (depending on your provider) can be weak in our area.
