We are located at Bathurst and Lawrence Avenue West. and its surrounding areas such as Bedford Park-Nortown, Lawrence Park South and Englemount-Lawrence. The space This private room includes three double sized beds, 3 dresser and 2 with an open closet. We also provide a each room with work desk, comfy chair and table lamp. You will have access to your own non-shared bathroom. All linens will be provided. This is perfect space for working professionals, travelers and students. Guest access Your stay with us comes with unlimited high speed internet and use of common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. In addition, the washer and dryer will be available for use. Other things to note We ask all of our guests to: - DO NOT SMOKE IN THE UNIT - keep noise levels to a minimum after 9 pm - please use earphones during quiet hours - wash plates and utensils after every use - please place trash and recycling in the bins located outside the building - be mindful and respectful to other guests - Enjoy your stay!!
