2 minutes from Orzán beach

Our cozy apartment of 55 m2 is located in A Coruña, 2 minutes walk from the Museum of Fine Arts and 22 minutes walk from the famous Tower of Hercules. The apartment is only 300 meters from the Orzán beach, making it ideal for a vacation just a few steps from the sea. With capacity for up to 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with elevator, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa, in a space open to an area with dining table (no TV) - a separate kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed size 140x200 (it has a high window that opens to the living room, not to the exterior) - 1 room with a desk with chair - 1 bathroom Due to its central location, it may be noisy during the summer season. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Although the house does not have general heating, you will find an electric wall radiator in the living room and a portable electric heater at your disposal. The hot water is supplied by a 30 liters electric water heater: once it is exhausted, you just have to wait for the water heater to fill up again. Parking in the area is limited and is charged: there are blue and green zones. There is a white zone by Plaza España (8 minutes walk) and by the Riazor stadium (20 minutes). Although in Plaza España it is difficult to park. The washer/dryer is the same appliance, 2 in 1. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
