The special thing about the accommodation is the central location and the excellent transport links to motorized private transport as well as public transport. The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can only be reached via the stairwell. An elevator is not provided. That means climbing stairs. In total, the apartment comprises two rooms, kitchen and bathroom on 60 sqm. Other things to note There is no washing machine in the apartment. Within walking distance, however, there is a laundromat in approx. 650 meters or an 8-minute walk. You can do your laundry and dry it there. A wash cycle costs about €5 for about 7 kg of laundry. HOUSE RULES: - We expect civilized behavior - as well as proper and clean behavior - If necessary, please only smoke in the backyard or on the terrace - We will gladly give you slippers. Please take off your shoes in the apartment, because the floor is always vacuumed and wiped. - Please make sure to ventilate your room at least once a day for 10 minutes. - Our check-in and check-out instructions must be followed. - Other guests must be registered and approved by us in advance. We reserve the right to view the personal details of persons over 16 years of age on site. CLEAR CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: In principle, check-in is from 5 pm to 9 pm at the latest and check-out is until 12 noon. However, it is more flexible if there is no further booking, so just contact us. There is no self check-in. Since we are private individuals and not a lodging establishment, we also expect our guests to have a minimum of consideration for our private lives or private appointments. Therefore, it is particularly important for us to arrange an appointment together in advance - especially on weekends. We are happy to allow check-in at our stated times between 5 pm and 9 pm, but we cannot simply wait 4 hours until arrival during this time. I myself also need at least 30 minutes to the apartment. Accordingly, we also expect our guests to communicate openly, clearly and quickly to make a joint appointment. If necessary, you would have to pick up the key from my grandparents. They live about 30-40 minutes from the apartment by public transport. 30-40 minutes away. Here you could pick up the keys yourself as a gesture of goodwill until a maximum of 11 pm (no more delay possible) in an emergency.
