Cute house, full of sunshine. Set up on a ledge, gets a cool breeze off the harbor every afternoon. Perfect for happy hour on the deck. Very cozy. Located just 1,700 steps to town so there is no need to worry about parking. Take a stroll after dinner for an ice cream and to watch the beautiful sunsets over the Harbor. My guests will have total privacy - there are no shared spaces. I will be staying in the area myself and will therefore be available to my guests if needed. Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of town. Great breakfast café, pizzeria and pub (live music on deck) at the end of the block. Walk to restaurants, bars, foot bridge, cruises, supermarket, lobster pound, houses of worship, library, shops, kayak rentals and ice cream. Take a short drive to visit the Railway Village, Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, Maine Aquarium, Barretts Park. Located on a quiet street of year round residents. Please respect the peace and quiet and do not cause any loud noises after 11:00 pm.
